Mt. Sterling Personal Care is a 26-bed facility where residents can enjoy person-centered memory care with individualized support in daily activities.
Now under new management by family owned RISE SNF Management, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
Our senior care community was built with the needs of dementia residents in mind. The Moments Matter Program is based on our belief that all people deserve a comfortable and enjoyable quality of life that is composed of meaning and purpose. Our activities are designed to promote and enhance
cognition, independence, physical activity, emotional health, self-esteem, creativity, dignity, spirituality, success and an overall sense of well-being.
Conveniently located in East Central Kentucky, our facility offers private and semi-private living quarters, open community and dining areas, as well as quiet areas for relaxation or visiting with family and friends Next door, our sister facility, Mt. Sterling Health and Rehab offers robust nursing and therapy services should our residents need them on a temporary or outpatient basis.

Respite Care
Respite Care is a short-term care program designed to give family members a much needed break from the demands of caring for the chronically or terminally ill loved one at home. Whether for a weekend or a few weeks, in Respite Care, we provide the patient with a warm and secure social environment and staff to meet their specific needs.
